The Pre -Post is the preliminary information of the beneficiaries, after the completion of the processing of the submitted statements and the information collected in the context of the cadastre and before the Post is made.

The pre-posting lasts forty five (45) days, from June the 6th untill July the 20th, during which time the beneficiaries, using the taxisnet security codes , have access to the data of their property rights, which they declared during the cadastre here: https://www.ktimatologio.gr/el/e-services/proanartisi . Participation in the Pre-Posting process is extremely important, as it ensures that the rights you have declared will be properly recorded in the Land Registry and you will avoid unnecessary inconvenience in the future .

 

 

 

• If you agree with the details of the pre-post, you do not need to do anything at all .
• In case you do not agree with any of the recorded data, you have the right to submit a request for review of data , within forty five (45) days from the date of commencement of the Pre-post, by sending the request by email to the email address displayed on the "Contact" tab. of the electronic application, without the need to visit the competent Cadastral Office.
