Low rates of attendance in the cadastre

It is still the participation of the world in the fourth and final phase of cadastre. In areas where property declaring was launched in November, statements do not exceed 10% of the estimated property rights. The "Hellenic Cadastre" hopes that the "big" offices in Athens and Thessaloniki will give impetus, as well as the operation of the new e-declaration platform in the coming period.

On Monday, the collection of statements was launched in two more areas - in Achaia and Evia - and the next Monday (28 January) begins in Ilia. In Achaia, the cadastral survey concerns the entire municipalities of Erymanthos and Kalavrita, as well as the rest of the municipalities of Aegialia, Western Achaia and Patras. On

Evia, the villages of Eretria, Dirfion-Messapion, Istiaia-Edipsou, Karystos, Kymi-Aliveri, Mandoudi, the rest of the Municipality of Halkidia and the whole of Skyros. Finally, in Ilia the cadastral survey concerns the municipalities of Andritsena-Krestena, Ancient Olympia, Zacharo, Pinios and the rest of the municipalities of Helidos and Pyrgos.

What's left? In February, the following areas will be followed: Magnesia and Sporades, the rest of West Attica and the islands of Attica, Viotia, Fokida, Ithaca, Kefalonia, Zakynthos, Messinia and finally Limnos and Lesvos. It is reminded that the following areas are left out of the data collection process: Cyclades, Thesprotia, Corfu, Rethymno, Chania and Heraklion (Malevizi, Heraklion and Hersonissos). Contracts have not yet been signed due to objections to the competition.

The "Hellenic Cadastre", however, is not satisfied with the rhythms of attending the world. "Of course, this is always the case at the beginning, with the exception of the 2008 cadastre program in the urban centers that" moved "faster," the managing director, Christina Klonari, says in the "K". "We hope that people will be mobilized because the deadlines for completing the land register are tight. In the next few days, events will take place in major cities and workshops in all regions, in order to provide better information. Unfortunately, the tender for the € 3.5 million call for proposals announced ... was rude and will be re-announced. "

Electronic statements

The "Hellenic Cadastre" estimates that in February a two-way impulse will be given to cadastre. Firstly, the new application for electronic submission of declarations will begin (with a relatively late delay). "Given that 300,000 statements were filed in the 2008 cadastre in a total of 7 million allowances, and today, in just two months, we have 30,000 online statements, it turns out that 10 years later the world is much more familiar with electronic processes," says Mr. Clonaris. Moreover, in February, the operation of the two "central" offices will begin: first in Thessaloniki (even in the month) and then in Athens. The Thessaloniki office will serve the regions of Xanthi, Drama, Halkidiki, Kastoria and Florina, while the office in Athens (in the Olympic Closure in Galatsi) will serve the regions of Epirus, Thessaly, Ionian Islands, Western Greece, Central Greece, Peloponnese, North Aegean, South Aegean and Crete.
